Linda,
a trained teacher has been working in Tourism
for over ten years and manages two teenagers (see
photo above), the restaurant and function centre,
tours, home and cottage stays and the gardens.
Ian works as a veterinary surgeon and manages both
the deer and dairy farms (the most recent expansion).
When required he takes the Technical Tours of
both Deer & Dairy interest and barbeques the
tasty cervena (venison).
